Directions to Daystar Shores
From Ext 304 at I-65 (Good Hope exit) In Cullman, AL, Take Hwy 69, drive East towards City of Cullman, go approximately 1 mile to CR 222. Turn left onto CR 222, and drive approximately 18.5 miles to CR 359, turn left onto Co Rd 359, turn right into temporary entrance through double gate.
Directions to Cedar Cove Estates
From Ext 304 at I-65 (Good Hope exit) In Cullman, AL, Take Hwy 69 turning right drive approximately 1 mile to CR 222. Turn left onto CR 222, and drive approximately 19 miles to CR 330, turn left onto Co Rd 330, go about 5/10 mile and turn left into subdivision at sharp curve.
Directions to Cedar Ridge Estates
From Ext 304 at I-65 (Good Hope exit) In Cullman, AL, Take Hwy 69 turning right drive approximately 1 mile to CR 222. Turn left onto CR 222, and drive approximately 15.5 miles to CR 351, turn left onto Co Rd 351, go approximately 1.5 miles on right.
Directions to Bluewater Estates
From Ext 304 at I-65 (Good Hope exit) In Cullman, AL, Take Hwy 69 turning right drive approximately 1 mile to CR 222. Turn left onto CR 222, and drive approximately 13.8 miles to CR 852. Turn left onto CR 852 and drive approximately 1.8 miles turning right onto CR 870 past Sulphur Springs Baptist Church, drive approximately 1.3 miles until you reach the 3-Way Stop, drive straight through it for approximately 0.5 of a mile and you are in Bluewater Estates.
Directions to Sunrise Pointe Estates
Only 1 Lot Remaining, From Ext 304 at I-65 (Good Hope exit) In Cullman, AL, Take Hwy 69 turning right drive approximately 1 mile to CR 222. Turn left onto CR 222, drive approximately 20.5 miles and turn left onto CR 327.
Directions to Bluewater Cove – 58 acre tract
From Ext 299 at I-65 (Jasper exit) at Dodge City, AL, Take Hwy 69 turning left drive approximately 7 miles to CR 222. Turn right onto CR 222 and drive approximately 15.6 miles to CR 202. Turn left onto CR 202 and drive approximately 8/10 of a mile on the left.
Directions to Lake Sunset Estates
From Ext 304 at I-65 (Good Hope exit) In Cullman, AL, Take Hwy 69 turning right drive approximately 1 mile to CR 222. Turn left onto CR 222, and drive approximately 13.8 miles to CR 852. Turn left onto CR 852 and drive approximately 2.6 miles and turn right at dead-end sign onto CR 864. Drive 4/10 mile and turn right, this is still CR 864. Follow 2/10 of a mile and lots are on the right.

Turn right onto CR 852 and drive approximately 1.8 miles to CR 870. Turn right onto CR 870 and follow to Bluewater Estates.

Turn left onto CR 940 and drive approximately 8.2 miles until it dead-ends into Hwy/CR 222. Turn right, going West, and drive approximately 6.2 miles to CR 202. Turn right onto CR 202 and drive approximately 8/10 of a mile on the left.
Directions to Lake Sunset Estates
From Ext 308 at I-65 In Cullman, AL, Take Hwy 278 West turning right drive approximately 12.5 miles to CR 940. Turn left onto CR 940, and drive approximately 8.2 miles until it dead-ends into Hwy/CR 222. Turn left, heading East, and drive approximately 7/10 of a mile to CR 852. Turn right onto CR 852, drive 2.6 miles and turn right at dead-end sign onto CR 864. Drive 4/10 mile and turn right onto gravel road, this is still CR 864. Follow 2/10 of a mile and lots are on the right.
